Joe is an Arkansas native and lives in central Arkansas with his wife, Kelli, and son, Hays. Joe has a thriving personal injury practice and loves representing injured Arkansans against big corporations and the government alike. Joe takes pride in standing with the little guy.

Joe has represented numerous clients through both settlement, administrative hearings and before a jury and is passionate about trying cases.

During his career, Justin has been helping the people of Arkansas go up against some of the largest corporations in the world. Justin is passionate about helping those in need. It’s what drove him to be a trial lawyer and is a big reason he has had so much success representing injured people and their families.

Justin graduated law school from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Justin set himself apart in law school by his service to the community and his ability to effectively present complex legal arguments in a simple way.

Ever since obtaining his law license, Justin has been involved in trial both big and small. Because of his litigation success, Justin has been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine as a rising star, an award given to only 2.5% of lawyers practicing within the state. The National Trial Lawyers Association has also named Justin one of the Top 40 under 40 trial lawyers.

When Justin is not in the courtroom or working hard on a case, you can find him with his wife, Heather, and three children, Grace, Shepard and Cecelia.

Andrew is an Arkansas native, who can trace his Arkansas roots back to 1870. Andrew is married to his longtime college sweetheart (Ashley), and the two have a seven-year-old son (Henry) and three-year-old (Oliver).

Andrew’s passion is helping individuals through some of life’s most difficult situations. For that reason personal injury cases holds a special place in Andrew’s heart, as it gives him the honor and the privilege of fighting for his injured client’s rights against large insurance companies.

Andrew joined Denton, Zachary & Norwood in 2017 and since joining our firm Andrew has been instrumental in gaining multi-million dollar recoveries for his clients.

James is a trial lawyer with extensive experience in insurance defense. He has been lead counsel in hundreds of cases and trials across the State of Arkansas hired by some of the biggest insurance companies in the country. As a life-long Arkansan, James is excited to use his talents and knowledge to help Arkansans. “I am excited to be part of Denton, Zachary & Norwood, a firm with a stellar reputation for helping people across the state. James is a native Arkansan and is proud to call central Arkansas home. In 2013, he graduated cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and in 2017 received his JD from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock. James was admitted to the Arkansas State Bar in 2018.

Before joining Denton, Zachary, and Norwood, James served as In-House Counsel in the telecommunications industry for Windstream Communications, a Little Rock based Fortune 500 Company.
